Where to start....
ADP sucks, they messed up my payroll, they messed up my Workers Compensation when they were asked to do it. Does anyone use anybody else and can make a good recommendation? It was so bad yesterday that I had to cut checks for employees personally, if I am going to do that why should I pay ADP.
We have had two residents leave our program so far for various reasons. We ran into the first one who left at a doctors office one day. The second child who left showed up back on our doorstep less than 10 days after leaving. Imagine the shock of hearing the doorbell ring, answering it expecting it to be payroll delivering checks (see above) and it being a former resident.
While spending my day Monday in Hayward at the courthouse because a couple of residents had 6 month reviews I met and shook hands with Keyshawn Johnson, WR for the Dallas Cowboys, he was on his way to a civil trial. I don't know why I shook his hand other than the fact he hooked me up one year in a fantasy football league where receptions were worth a point a piece. Because I really don't respect over paid athletes who are inmature, pout on the sidelines, and threaten people.
Congratulations, to the new American Idol, Carrie Underwood, although personally I was rooting for Bo Bice I think that she did well and deserved to win, I know it made Jamie happy. And honestly, from what I have seen from Bo, I think he was not hurt by the fact that he did not win. He will probably be better off down the line for coming in second, Clay did better than Ruben, remember. A rocker does not want to be the American Idol, it would not be good for his image in the long run. What I do not understand is why the news in Fresno feels like it is neccessary to go to a restaurant and interview people about the results, was there really nothing else to report. I am sick of Fox and its cross promotion considering this was the news immediately after the results show airing on Fox. I saw way too many stars for Fox series in the crowd during the season, not to mention Ruben on Life on a Stick. GIVE ME A BREAK!
So, went out looking for a house to rent. Found a couple, now don't know which one to take. Moving is such a pain in the rear. I don't know if I am really looking forward to it. But it will be nice to have a yard for the kids to play in and more space.
Thats all for now folks.
