Ralfael Palmeiro, accused by Jose Canseco of using steroids, swears to congress he has never touched them, becomes the first big name baseball player suspended for using steroids. The debate will begin to rage as to whether Palmeiro with 3,000 + hits and 500 + home runs, belongs in the Hall of Fame. If Pete Rose, a gambler does not belong in the Hall, neither do any other known cheaters (i.e. Ralfael Palmeiro, Sammy Sosa, etc.).
